THERAPY, COACHING

Katy Jordan

M.A., M.S., LMHC

I work with adult and adolescent populations treating a range of psychiatric conditions and life challenges: anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, identity-related issues and life transitions. I have a clinical interest in exploring the integration between mind, body, and spiritual needs to make positive changes and work with the challenges we face. Outside of my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist at Mass General Brigham Salem Hospital, where I offer a range of therapeutic approaches to individuals and couples in an outpatient setting. My experience also includes work with children and families in adolescent and family therapy, and extensive work in an Intensive Outpatient Program, where I counsel adults with substance use disorders. I am Reiki-certified, and take a holistic, gentle approach when working with all of my clients. I employ a culturally-centered, trauma-informed model where I offer a safe, sensitive space for all identities, expressions, and experiences.

Positive change can start here.
